4. MULTI-FUNCTIONAL LINE, corresponding to the customer's requirements and premises.
Intended for fish delivery from IFQ, sorting, accumulation in containers, when required,
weighing into 10 kg portions, for forming cardboard boxes and feeding the weighted boxes for sealing and placement on pallets.


THE LINE CONSISTS OF:
  • Frozen fish delivery, reversible conveyor from IQF with glazing and automatic switching to reverse and feeding into a container or towards sorting. 
  • In the case of reverse the glazing turns off.
  • Frozen fish sorting line, 4 work places. 
  • Delivering defective fish to containers. 
  • Possible fish delivery for weighing into portions of 10 kg, towards a container, or switching to MFG.
  • Feeding conveyor for weighing into portions of 10 kg. 
  • Conveyor for delivering packed boxes to sealing.

Mobile scales

We manufacture customised universal mobile scales according to customer's needs –
Intended for working at the fish sorting line. Can be used at any output of sorted portions.


This work place can be modified with various conveyor belts for different products and with various conveyor lifting angles, for example, if filling in containers or bags is required. Weight ranges and the weighted product have to be specified before ordering.


Components: Conveyor, scales with fixed weight (as standard equipment) for 15, 20, 25, 30 kg, which is set by a switch, control cabinet.

The weighing conveyor was manufactured for weighing gingerbread 8 t per shift


The weighing conveyor is intended for use in the food sector. It is easily adaptable to various products (fish, meat, vegetables, etc.). Minimal product weight deviation. We can manufacture it according to the customer’s requirements.
Installation of additional components is possible. Below you can see a description of the weighing conveyor.
